a brave coaching space for curious parents who want to break cycles, deepen connection, and parent with intention (rather than just unconsciously perpetuating maligned, antiquated patterns). we’ll meet virtually for an hour once weekly for 12 weeks to process and start integrating the weekly workbook, where we work through reflections, truths, fears, beliefs and relational patterns, leading with curiosity instead of shame. we explore nervous systems, co-regulation with others, emotional intelligence, and communication. we spotlight your values while you build sustainable family dynamics. …and we bring whimsy back to parenting. 🫶✌️ can’t wait to meet you! your coach, ashley ✨
