Because coaching services, workshops, digital resources, and educational offerings involve reserved time, energetic investment, and/or immediate access to materials, the following refund policy applies.

Coaching Services

Payments for parent coaching sessions, consultation calls, coaching packages, or programs are generally non-refundable once services have been scheduled or delivered.

​

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

​

Missed sessions or cancellations made with insufficient notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

​

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Maylevi, LLC.

​

Digital Products + Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to materials, all sales of downloadable resources, templates, guides, courses, and digital products are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

​

Workshops, Classes, + Group Offerings

Workshops, group calls, and live events are non-refundable but if you are unable to attend, you can receive a credit for a future offering.

​

If an event is canceled by Maylevi, LLC, participants will be offered either:

• a refund,

• credit toward a future offering,

• or rescheduling information.

Subscription or Membership Services

Recurring memberships or subscription-based offerings are pausable, cancelable, but non-refundable for any offerings that were attended.
