Over 12 weeks, we'll move beyond parenting strategies and begin exploring the person doing the parenting. Together, we'll gently uncover the beliefs, nervous system patterns, attachment experiences, and inherited stories that shape the way you show up with your child. We'll honor where you've been, make sense of how you got here, and intentionally build new ways of responding that align with the parent you want to become. This isn't about blaming your past. It's about understanding it and integrating its contribution to how you show up now...because what makes sense can begin to change. Over twelve weeks of private 1:1 coaching, we'll blend the full Jai Institute of Parenting curriculum with reflection, nervous system science, attachment science, child development, emotional intelligence, and practical application. Each session is tailored to YOU, your unique family, your goals, and your lived experience. Together, we may explore: • understanding your parenting triggers • your nervous system and stress responses • attachment and connection • inherited family patterns and beliefs • emotional regulation • shame, guilt, and self-compassion • boundaries rooted in values • communication and repair • child development through a compassionate lens • creating sustainable change that lasts long after our work together ends This work isn't about becoming a perfect parent (not possible)!
