a monthly virtual discussion space for parents who want to better understand what’s happening underneath behavior, conflict, meltdowns, and disconnection (without losing themselves in the process). bring the messy moments and we’ll explore together, in this badass supportive & brave space, what may be happening underneath the behavior (and our responses) using attachment science, nervous systems awareness, developmental understanding, nonviolent communication, and practical relational tools. think: cozy collaborative workshop lead with compassion for our vulnerability and bravery. we’ll use our own intuition combined with relationally transformative, research-backed frameworks. bring your sweatpants, a journal, and your beverage of choice!
